The Boxing Gym Timer

The Boxing Gym Timer has been designed
to co-ordinate boxing training
sessions in the boxing gym. The timer is very loud and will cut
through
the background noise of any gym, either 2 or 3 mintute round
durations
can be selected both with a 1 minute rest period. At the start
of the round
a 3 second continuous tone is emitted to announce the start of
the round,
the selected round duration is then timed, during the last 10
seconds of the
round an intermittant tone is emitted to alert the boxers to
speed until the end
of the round, the 1 minute rest period is then timed at the end
of which the
cycle starts over again.
Features of the Boxing Gym Timer
Powered by U.K. style mains adaptor,
(can be supplied with a Worldwide adaptor to suit
any countries power supply).
2 or 3 minute rounds can be selected.
Very loud sounder, 110dB at 1 meter.
Reset button to restart the cycle at
any point.
Red/green status indicator to show
either 'round' or 'rest' period.
