This timer is for use as a boxing or circuit training-timer.

It features:-

       10 Preset round/rest durations
      
      10 User selectable round rest durations as follows:-

        Round durations of between 10 seconds and 9 minutes and 59 seconds
        Rest durations of between 3 seconds and 9 minutes 59 seconds
        These programs once set can are stored within the timer
        These programs can be changed at anytime.

Digital to display counts down through the round and rest periods,
during the rest period the display flashes whilst counting down.

The timer can be paused at any point

The number of rounds elapsed can be displayed

An intermittent tone during the last 10 seconds of the round

Continuous 3 second tone to start the round

The timer can be reset at any time

 

The timer has a very loud sounder that has an output of 110dB at 1 meter so it can be heard against the back ground noise of the gym.

Mains powered and can be supplied with a power supply for use anywhere in the World.
