The Pocket Gym Boxing Timer has been
designed for timing boxing training sessions, with either a 2
or 3 minute rounds with a 1 minute rest period. During the training
time short beeps are produced to indicated where the timer is
in the cycle, this allows the user to speed up and slow training
down accordingly.
Operation is as follows:-
Two minute round
Set the Pocket Boxing Gym Timer to
the 2 minutes program
A 3 second tone starts the round
After 1 minute a short tone is produced
At 1 minute 30 seconds two short tones
are produced
At 1 minute 50 seconds the timer produces
an intermittant tone for 10 seconds
At two minutes the round is finished,
a 1 minute rest period is now timed
After the rest period the cycle automatically
starts again.

Three minute round
Set the Pocket Boxing Gym Timer to
the 3 minutes program
A 3 second tone starts the round
After 1 minute a short tone is produced
At 2 minutes two short tones are produced
At 2 minutes 30 seconds three short
tones are produced
At 2 minutes 50 seconds the timer produces
an intermittant tone for 10 seconds
At three minutes the round is finished,
a 1 minute rest period is now timed
After the rest period the cycle automatically
starts again.
