The Shuttle
Run (Beep Test) Timer.

This timer is for co-ordinating the well
known fitness test known as the Shuttle Run or Beep Test.
This test requires 2 markers to be placed
20 meters apart, the objective of the test is to run between
the markers in time with audible indication from the timer, each
minute the time duration between beeps decreases, increasing
the pace of the person under going the test.
The final score is then based upon the
number of 'shuttles' the contestant managed to complete inside
the beeps.
Each stage lasts approx 1 minute with a
total of 20 stages.
For every completed shuttle run the contest
gains a tick on his/her score sheet.
The test is complete when a contestant
fails to arrive at the line mark for 2 consecutive runs or when
the 20 stages have been completed.
When a new stage is entered the timer beeps
intermittantly to indicate a decrease in the time allowned for
the next run.
The cycle can be reset at any point by
pushing the reset button.
